It's crazy how the mall you used to go for gym when you were in Shanghai was the mall that I always go to growing up because my house is literally 2 mins walk away from there, and now I'm studying University in Thailand which was also where you went for exchange! It's a small world!

Hi it's been a while since i commented your videos... it's bad to loose good habits hahaha anyways, my question today is What time do you usually wake up / get up? and what time do go to sleep (usually, not when you go party lmao)? I would like to be able to enjoy mornings because I've realised that we use to be happier and more energic in the morning..but I still not able to do it :')

I can totally feel you on that one, I struggle with that myself. I really want to work on becoming more of a morning person because I always feel better and more productive in the morning, but I often haven hard time waking up. I would say I usually wake up around 7-8 and I go to bad around midnight. I was actually thinking about it that one day I need to make a video about it :)

Hi Paul, I really wish I would have more time for editing videos, but the truth is youtube is only my hobby and I unfortunately have a lot of other responsibilities ;( which doesn't leave me as much time for editing as I wish, but I'm catching up, so pretty soon my videos will be more up to date.
