I don't know if its actually any good but the down special will swing and miss the ground if you're at the ledge, and I have been using it at the ledge since the super armor negates get up attack, it hit stalling opponents, you can turn around for roll, it his neutral getup, and can catch ledge jumps. So it feels like a tool to force options on the ledge as a mixup. I don't know how practical it is but it's an option Edit: yes it 2 frames

I tried to punish the Side B with a shield, but the shield stun was so damn long, and it also pushed me far enough for me to be unable to punish. Unless I was a super fast character. Similar problem against tippered Forward Smash.
