If your phone says "complete setup to continue" then your phone is running android 7.0. The phone in this video is running android 6.0, and if for whatever reason you never updated your LG k10 to 7.0, then this video will work (on android 6.0 ONLY). This video is NOT for android 7.0!

None of if these methods work for me. I've tried every way from the videos. I'm trying to remove previous Google account from a phone I bought free & clear on E-bay. Clear IEME #. Sprint wasn't any help. I've been trying every night for over a week. It's a sprint version LG V20 LS997. Can't find a kdz or dll to flash with LG flash tools. It's maddening.

for access to google, you have to go ad a new network and write wherever you want, then select all and you will see a menu with options you have to chose share, if it does not appear use " help " and then you will access to google and continue with the video, if you have a question tellme in a comment and i will help you, sorry for my english jeje

Debbie Weese go to where you can type in email for the google screen then type anything then hit the settings icon on your keyboard then click word suggestions then personal dictionary add a word type anything and hold then touch assist. you're welcome
