Regarding Julianne's Question: A concept arose in conversation some time ago - Beauty Can't See Itself. There is a lovely reflection/dance of the Lover and the Beloved. Awareness/Consciousness may be seen as similar. Regarding Joan's Question: The view that all the folks/events/situations arising in your life are a collaboration of enlightened beings guiding you to become enlightened in the moment. As Byron Katie repeatedly points to - it is possible (and possible to forget) every moment. Remembering that those enlightened beings may not 'break character' when noticed helps me through the tough times. Having the occasional twinkle in the eye of one of them is a nurturing delight though.
