I did a lot of work sheets on my own. First, I watched on youtube everything I could, to observe and understand how she works, and after I did by myself. At the same time I started to read a lot about Buddhism and practice also. The work by Byron Katie is a wonderful way to remove a lot of suffering and to deeply change. And to me...it didn't cost anything except sheets of paper and pencils...do it, you'll change and your life will change! I have an immense gratitude to Byron Katie.

@Stiagra I used to think that way myself, but there are two truths here: (1) She needs to make a living just like the rest of us, and (2) it's not about Byron Katie, it's about the message. If the message resonates with you, internalize that and make it your life.

wow thats great. do you know if there is the possibility for making the work in german in her school ? I am testing right now if the work is something for me, I have just discovered it recently. I got infected with hiv with 19 years, it was my first time having sex..... life was really complicated from that point on. congratulations for your change.

@blackflower75 I love Byron Katie and promote her work but to you comment the work is free.. It is not. Any meeting to attend a personal Byron Katie workshop is costly. It use to be free over ten years ago. However, I completely disagree with stiagra comment that it should be free. Thats like saying to teacher and artist that love what they do they should just give all services away. That is devaluing yourself . I guess the only people that should get payed is if you hate what you do?
