It’s not over rated , sport psychologist suggest that emotions can carry you so far in a performance, more specifically anger can carry you so far , or that it usually clogs the mind , and the athlete isn’t focused on the task at hand. Mike is the one player that actually played better when he was angry.

People from this era REALLY believe that it's an exaggeration that Mike could do whatever he wanted on the court and that he's the GOAT and it's not even close - but those of us who watched every Bulls game we could and didn't miss one if we could help it, we KNOW. That man was special and I still to this day have not seen any athlete like him and probably never will. The closest I've ever seen was Kobe. But MJ is hands down the greatest.

Just try to make MJ mad and he will score 50 or 60 points in stead off his regular 40 points. If he was in his prime now he would average 50 points easely. People forget that in those days it was really physical. now a days you cant do shit and you will be fouled. just imagine what he would do if. he was in his prime right now. just search for Kevin Garnet and JR telling a story about MJ and you will understand what im talking about.
