Looks lovely! I like how you baked them and peeled later, leaving little browned bits of the potatoes. :) I just love using fresh chives from my garden this time of year, so yummy.

Byron, I've been subscribed to your channel for about a year & it's my favorite out of all the food channels I watch on KZbin. Thanks for all the amazing food you create. My favorite part is when you taste your food at the end of your vid & critique yourself. Love it. Also, the editing skills and video work is outstanding. Thanks again.

Looks great Byron! To save over an hour what works amazingly is start your potatoes in the microwave for about 7 minutes and finish in a 425 degree F. oven for around 20 minutes or until tender. Definitely invest in a potato ricer. This is one of my favourite family recipes.
@lovelystrokes8 жыл бұрын
I made this with small fingerling potatoes and boiled them for about 15 minutes. You might need more flour to compensate for the water they absorbed during boiling. I also used 1 whole egg instead of just egg yolks. Thanks for the recipe!

This looked absolutely delicious! In my hospitality class we made this but wayyyyy different than you did. I wish we would've done this method because all we did was boil the gnocchi and serve it with pasta sauce I made, it was gummy and bland (which was sad because you'd think a culinary teacher would love adding flavors and textures /: )
