It is outrageous that there was no old-fashioned automatic response by bystanders to come to aid of anyone in distress. To stand bye and do absolutely nothing to help a fellow human (especially someone being sexually violated) is incomprehensible to me. Silence is Violence.

This is so sad and heartbreaking and horrible ! The DA's story is b/s. The riders should of called 911 instead video taping it. It was a human responsibility to call 911.

According to the picture shown it’s the other way around - 19% said yes and 81% said no; so either correct the photo or correct your reporting.

Unless there is a law on the books a stranger w/ no connection to a victim does not owe a duty to rescue a person in peril. Legal obligation & moral obligation are 2 different things. I know it sucks but that's the law.
