1:37 the game your bizzare adventure has an ability called Time Erase that does similarly what you want, when you use it every player within range will stop moving but from their perspective they are still moving in the world, then when the ability ends it makes the player teleport back to the positions they were in during the time stop

It scales weirdly on right side because of anchor point. Changing anchor point to bottom right point would fix it.

Woah woah stopping time you press e and every other character freezes but they are implemented locally to a world where they think they are moving and everything looks similar whole time thats a clone world but serverly to the guy who pressed e everyones not moving that counts. And of course when you unpress e their camera is back to the normal world. It should be obvious that one can tell that time is stopped if you stick around long enough but it looks close to where when you take it off you'll be back where you used to be "dang, time was frozen" multipl people having this power is crazy though it would prolly be a owner type command
