No no no~ You don't make jjajang-myun with so-myun. Jjajang-myun is usually made with handmade noodles(when made in a restaurant) or factory made Chinese style noodles(when made at home). On the top of Jjajang-myun, there is a boiled egg not fried egg. I wish I could understand your language.

change country a bit change for food , last time I went to Korean restaurant that owner is Korean guy ...there's no boiled egg on top of jajangmyun and he put seafood in noodle but still delicious 😋 😜

Yeah, In Thailand we also found jjajangmyeon made with Spaghetti / Jjoelmyeon / Joonghwamyeon / Ramyeon / Egg Noodles and I had ่jajangmyeon with a fried egg It's... 너무 맛있어요!!
