Cecile is the greatest singer of her generation. Aaron Diehl is the bomb as is Paul and Lawrence!! Doesn't get better than this.

Every time I think that i couldn't love her any more, I hear something else and think. "oooooooh." Just one of my favorite living jazz singers.

I don't like to use superlatives as a rule. But for this I feel compelled. This is the best version of this song that I have ever heard.

Saw her last night in Camp Hill, Pa, WOW - she is amazing. Love her style. Inspired my 12 year old to sing some old jazz tunes she had never heard off before. If you get the chance, go see her, you won't regret it!

John Henry was a little baby sitting on his Papa's knee. Well he picked up a hammer and a little piece of Steel, and said this Hammer's going to be the death of me. (4xs ) John Henry said to his captain now a man ain't nothing but a man before I let you're steel drill bring me down I'll die with that hammer in my hand. (4xs ) John Henry said to his Shaker now Shaker why don't you sing. I'm shaking 12 pounds from my hip bones down, now don't you hear that cold steel ring. (4xs) John Henry hammered in the mountain, and the mountain it was so high and the last words I heard that poor man cry was give me a cool drink of water before I die. (4xs ) John Henry went down that railroad track with a 12 pound Hammer by his side yes he went down that track but he never came back cuz he laid down his hammer and he died. ( 4xs) John Henry had a little woman and the dress that she wore was red. And the last words I heard that poor girl say was I'm going where John Henry fell dead. (4xs )
