Lmao you think rice water should be creamy or sticky 😂 and don't do the mask until after 4 to 6 weeks because you already did the rice water protein treatment the Instructions say so. Love the honest review. I do love cecred to it with me to my loc appointment me and my stylist loved it ❤ ❤❤❤❤

I think the email like you said was automatic and the PR section may not only be for them to send a PR package. It may be for support for if you were selected to test the product before it was released or if there was an issue with your shipment somehow if you were already previously selected to receive product. Who knows, but I wouldn’t take it personally. Also, the instructions for the rice protein treatment say to use it before the deep conditioner. Not sure how much of a difference it makes but I will say my hair felt amazing doing it that way and still feels stronger than it did before the treatment and I’ve shampoo my hair twice since then.

You are probably right, it was a shot in the dark anyway, I took no offense at all....I might try protein after shampooing next time, but I wasn't sure how hard my hair would get so I wanted my hair to be throughly detangled and moisturized. Now that I see your hair doesn't get hard at all, I feel confident using after shampooing
