Cíes Tinto is a red wine from the town of Meaño, made in the Rías Baixas with the local grapes Caiño Tinto, Loureiro and Espadeiro with 12% alcohol content. From vineyards up to 60 years old on sandy and granite soils, only 1,000 bottles are produced. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and open oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 225 and 500 litre French oak barrels. Rustic, earthy and with Galician personality.
