I know this is an older video but wow......I have been struggling with that G7 as if it was the source-of-all-evil on the ukelele. I play a tenor uke and tried so many other tutor sites. FINALLY, this progression has me locking in on the G7 and moving to it quickly enough to build speed doing it! Many thanks for this three-year-old (as of today) video! I only wish I had found it sooner.

Just picked up the ukulele because my church started a group. Bernadette's lessons are VERY HELPFUL because she is patient and slow and explains WHY she does what she does. Looking forward to learning more! Also love the chords showing up in the box over her shoulder !

I was determined to start learning this song. Up til now I hated it because the only "teacher" close to me plays it too fast and her electric uke drowns us all out. Most people don't mind. But I'm not learning anything from her, or at least not nearly as much as I learn from Ms. B. Ms. B is making this song doable. Peace and lots of love, Ms. B.
