Este es un hermoso lomo de cerdo que hemos estado usando durante mucho tiempo, solo es cuestión de un par de condimentos y hacer que funcione. Disfruta de un jugoso, suculento y tierno lomo de cerdo con esta cocción fácil. La familia y tus amigos te dirán gracias,
puedes hacer esto en sándwich, huevos y papas fritas con lomo de cerdo, o con una guarnición de papas asadas rico, incluso comerlo solo, nada mejor que un sabroso trozo de lomo de cerdo.
ingredientes
5 cucharadas de adobo o cualquier otro condimento que te guste
5 dientes de ajo machacados o crema de ajo
1 pizca de pimienta negra y sal
1 sazón
primero lave su lomo de cerdo con vinagre y séquelo.
ahora asegúrese de dejar marinando su lomo de cerdo al menos durante 4 a 24 horas antes de cocinarlo.

you can make this in sandwich, eggs and hash browns with pork loin, or with a side of roast potatoes yummy, even eat it alone, nothing better than a tasty piece of pork loin.
ingredients
5 tbsp of adobo or any other seasoning you like
5 garlic cloves mashed or cream of garlic
1 pinch of black pepper and salt
1 sazon
first wash your pork loin with vinegar and pad dry.
now make sure you leave your pork loin marinating at least for 4 to 24 hours before you cook it.
we're going to get a big frying pan and make sure it's in high You're going to take your pork loin and you going to place it each side of the pork loin will have two to three minutes until you see that crusty brown look now if you do not have a grill then you will put it in the oven at 400° for 20 minutes no more than that then take it out and let it rest at least 5 minutes so all the juices can rest and then cut. but if you do have a grill then you're going to do it the way I did it always making sure touching that it is the way to go. or thermometer inserted internal temperature should be at least 145 to 155 degrees F (63 degrees C) serve as you like,

Hi Sonja Thank you I haven't heard from you in a bit I've been sick and we've been having problems with my heart but I'm getting better So I'm putting little videos here and there I could tell you a whole bunch of things that I've been going through but I'm good thanks to God and I'm going to start putting back videos up I've had so many prayers and so many people that I getting the strength back to start doing what I love doing which is cooking So I am dropping a small video and these are old videos back in the days but tell Christopher thank you also a little Angie a huge Thank you so much for dropping these kind words and yes that tenderloin The people where I live loves it, here because where I live I sell the food I cook and I sell the food here it's going well and people are loving the food and that's what is all about teach you people how to cook at their own paste there's a lot of elderly here where I live at this is a community of 55 and over and some of these people have to go outside and eat this is why I decided that I'm going to start cooking here and usually I forget to videotape myself cooking because I cook a lot, So tell me how have you been and Christopher and Little Angie.
