Tuna Salad
I said the most delicious and healthiest salads you can make ,you're looking to lose weight or to eat something light this is it I always said make your food your own recipe I'm pretty sure your family and friends will love this recipe which is very simple and it's a meal in one plate
ingredients
1 packet of tuna fish of your liking it can be oil or water can tuna
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup of croutons
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese or cheddar
1 lemon
salt and pepper for taste
1/4 cup of olive oi
1/4 cup of green pepper
1/4 cup of onions
3 cups letters of your choice
in a big bowl we're going to add everything and once you do you going to use your olive oil add your salt and pepper add your lemon juice mix very well and just pour it all over the salad and start tossing your salad toss it for a good minute until your salad is completely done then serve.
P.S mini tuna packed come in different flavors, lemon and pepper ,Italian flavors, there's so many flavors that you could choose From.
