三文鱼的做法实在是太多了,蒸三文鱼,烤三文鱼,三文鱼汤,还有三文鱼刺身。我这个葱油蒜香煎三文鱼只用到一个调料,就是鲜味酱油,其他味道主要都是来自,葱,姜,蒜和辣椒。当然还有辣椒籽的功能。三文鱼很容易熟,做起来很快。
配料:
三文鱼一斤
鲜味酱油 一小勺+半小勺
葱姜蒜和干辣椒适量
油
做法:
1. 三文鱼切块,用一小勺鲜味酱油腌制半小时
2. 温油煎香葱姜蒜和辣椒。保留葱绿的颜色
3. 捞出葱姜蒜和辣椒
4. 煎熟三文鱼
5. 倒入葱姜蒜和辣椒入锅中,加半勺酱油,起锅。
