So, it's definitely a good food when eaten in moderation and combined with other nutrients!

一般的印度米比起一般的白米的升糖指數低,所以對血糖反應稍微比較好,但不代表糖份比較少或低熱量哦 :)

我的飯裡成分為: brown rice 10%, quinoa 10%, oat groat 30%, buckwheat 20%, millet 10%, peraled barley 10%, wheat germ/flaxseed podwer/nuts 10% 請教這樣的組合好嗎? 感謝 🙏

一開始試下減少大約50-80%飯量,增加蛋白質和脂肪,看看精神如何。然後過了幾天可以慢慢增加你的飯量,看看什麼份量適合你

日本白米無問題,但是更重要的是看你的飲食配搭。 糙米比較難消化,有些人吃了糙米之後會胃不舒服,中醫認為白飯可以「補益脾胃」白飯最大的好處在於好消化、不會上火。
