nope. amara just had relative/sibling. and her relative/sibling was the one who continued the doppelganger descent. same goes with silas and salvatore brothers. as long as they're still in one bloodline

Amara doesn't have children because she was never married and her only true love was Silas. that's why her descendant might be from her relative (brother or sister) who continued the doppelganger bloodline. just like Salvatore brothers (their bloodline continued from other relatives from Salvatore family)
