How sad it is that these brilliantly written contemplations aren’t getting circulated nearly so broadly as the mindless drivel of modern pop culture.... I’ve been a subscriber for years and only discovered this site within the last few days. C.S. Lewis seems to have been inspired by God! Thanks to whomever thought to share these essays, you’re doing good work and shining His light for those of us who are looking!

@@travelsouthafrica5048 Thanks for the suggestions. I am familiar with and love half of those - which is a good sign. The ultimate joy I get from these truths is that they would still deliver if I were the only person who knew them, which was not so with my previous views. Ok I made three replies let me know if you dont get three has been happening.

@@travelsouthafrica5048 Similar to the scientists, you might like spike psoras (spelling?) and a show OriginsTV on cornerstone. On resurrection there is paul maier (ala habermas).

How people can not accept God is beyond me. But I understand where they come from since I was among them, at least those who denounce the existence of God but it took some time to realize that there is something beyond our own recognition of divinity. It’s too often that humans believe we are the “only”. Secular scholars for decades have tried and failed to understand why we were put here, indifference to God’s plan for all of us. We were made in the image of our Creator, to love one another, to pray for each other, to ensure our passage into the next life is straight forward but it will always be difficult for us because of our free will. If you are reading this, know you are in my prayers and may others’. I love you and Christ loves you more than I ever could.

Higher dimensional things projected down into lower dimensions lose some of their magic but they still give us a glimpse of what is above

Yes! The sensation is physical agony & joy when the Holy Spirit reveals to me a Truth with understanding of Holy Scripture. Understanding is one of the gifts from the Holy spirit.

Lewis himself was as much an artist with words as the hypothetical artist he uses in his examples. He uses transposition to explain transposition and I think that it's brilliant!
