500th "like"! :) CSN(and sometimes Y) is one of my favorite classic rock bands EVER!

An amazing vocal performance. No digital processing, not gimmics. Just great voices singing in perfect harmony.

Alex Jayhawk Sorry to break this to you, but Graham Nash used AutoTune all the time during Woodstock and for most CSN live performances. The other dirty little secret about CSN is that none of them actually played the guitar. Rather, they played synthesizers with their feet and set them to the "guitar" setting. That's why they're often looking down while singing. They're looking at their feet synthesizers. Lastly, none of them actually knew the words to Blackbird, so they made up their own lyrics as they sang.

Amazing how the Beatles, who were invited, never showed, but were very well represented seeing as though they helped jump start the pop music revolution.

You were then an eyewitness and hearing witness to one of the most important stories in Music. What a privilege! When the festival happened, I was only 7 years old. But from my earliest age, there was a lot of talk here in Brazil at the Woodstock Festival and the stars that performed there. Woodstock is still remembered here for us!

Great voices ...awful pointless, rubbish lyrics! Graham Nash was the same with The Hollies ... super talent singing rubbish songs! Now Neil Young ... that is a songwriter!
@starhill67928 жыл бұрын
3Vimages I loved the lyrics of Marrakesh Express... they were so cheerful & beautiful. I won't debate that Neil Young's writing is absolutely amazing, though.

Star Shine "Ducks and pigs and chickens call. Animal carpet wall to wall" .... just some classic rubbish from Marakesh Express! Hey I think Graham has a great voice but the lyrics are awful ... tunes themselves are good though! I am not surprised The Hollies had their biggest hit ... He Aint Heavy ... after Nash left!
