C's Short Shifter For The MR2! (SuperKlasse)

My car had a TRD Quickshifter when I bought it but it was really notchy. Went to an OEM 93+ with a 98 knob and it feels great, but a shorter throw would be nice. Might have to give this one a try.

Nice. My only concern would be how it stresses the cable since it's deflected upward. I know with the drop plate, it doesn't make too much difference but I think that'd bother me. Thinking about modifying the actual linkage on the gearbox for my MR2 to give it a shorter throw.

Where do you send steering wheels. My car doesn't have PS just the covering material is completely loose across the top. from whatever structure is inside. I don't think I'd care as much if I had PS, but it's not comforting to feel it twisting when I'm trying to make a turn.
