Man when I was training so hard 4 years ago I wish iron wars was around but idk if their would've been a class for Me. I was 26 years old Weight 138 bench pressing 365, dead lift 350 and was squatting 315. Brings back memories seeing guys throwing around weights in straight beast mode. Keep up the great work CT

CT FLETCHER YOU ARE THE MAN MY BROTHER!! You single handily changed the mindset of hundreds of thousands people (including myself) when it comes to fitness. I weighted almost 300 pounds and suffered from everything that comes with being that big and unhealthy. CT helped me find myself, find the fortitude to get the fuck up off of my ass and change my life FOREVER. I’m no longer 300 pounds, I no longer suffer from high blood pressure, I’m no longer pre diabetic and I can jog 6 miles in one clip now. I’m 215 pounds, healthy and been this way for a year and a half. CT thank you for helping me...I’m truly truly grateful.

I grew up like you. I was abused and found myself by playing football and then powerlifting. In 1995 I was diagnosed with a dilated cardimyopathy and my ejection fraction dropped from normal (greater than 55%)to 33 percent. I went from bench pressing more than 500 lbs to not being able to carry a bag of groceries up 3 steps. I was supposed to die in 5 years. Lasted to 2001 and that ejection fraction dropped to15 % (not compatible with life). I then got put on a beta blocker called carvedilol which improved that ejection fraction enough for me to do aerobic activity and light lifting (compared to what I use to do). It is now 2018 and I am still going. Still lifting and not on the transplant list any longer. CT DON'T YOU DARE GIVE UP. STAY ON YOUR KNEES IN PRAYER AND TAKE EACH DAY AT A TIME!!! THERE IS A REASON FOR YOU STILL BEING HERE. GOD WILL SHOW. BELIEVE IN GOD AND YOURSELF. I WILL PRAY FOR YOU AND YOUR RECOVERY, AS WELL AS, YOUR FAMILY. GOOD LUCK MY FRIEND.
