This is the best Rad Na recipe and cooking demonstration I've found on the internet. I've done lots of research and have had it in restaurants that are no longer available and craving, so I'm glad I can cook. Your recipe and the whole science of it you share is perfect. I buy that same noodle and it always sticks to my frying pans no matter which pan I use. With low or high temp too.
