Try using Kazuha after Xilonin and Bennett, his buff duration is the shortest, Xilonin is the longest, and Bennett between them.

Were you using CA to regain alhaaitham's mirror? And why were you saving the skill of alhaitham? I mean what was the actual rotation?

Full rotation would be: Nahida E -> Nahida Burst -> Yelan Burst -> Yelan E (x2 if C1) -> Kuki Burst -> Kuki E -> Alhaitham Burst -> 2 Raining Swords -> Charged ATK -> 2 Raining Swords -> Alhaitham E -> Repeat. But considering that abyss is quite situational there is no need to spam the same rotation over and over again, for example in this video on 12-2 second half i did full rotation only once and saved E to finish the boss with half of the rotation which saved Alhaitham his burst with bursts of the rest of the team.
