Enjoying these video. I own a 172L, trained on 172R & S. The 172L has a flaps up momentary, off, flaps down momentary. Our Dynon panel tracks position. Another 172L I flew had a vertical position led scale for position.The 172 R & S has the switch as you designed and if only Cessna designed with such good detents...

It's amazing you've been able to create new projects with the move and all. With the move you shouldn't have much of a problem getting parts. Love the new workshop, must have been tons of time getting everything setup. Too bad the full size 737 cockpit had to be abandoned. Always amazed at your designs. Looking forward to building them myself. Keep up the great work.

Hi Karl, my name is Karl, I would just like to thank you for all of your videos, very well put together, very informative, and motivational, In fact, it has inspired me to restart my 737 build which I started 14 years ago and never finished. I'll be reusing using my CDU and FMC parts from FDS, as well as other parts. I have also purchased 2 x Arduino Mega boards, including 2 x terminal block shield boards. I'll be heading over to your website to gather some info on wiring up and programming the boards. Your smile at the camera always makes me smile when you've nailed it the first time. I'm also thing about a 3D printer, possibly the Creality Ender 3 S1 PRO. Keep up the good work.
@helimech81522 жыл бұрын
Hello Karl, Thank you for the kind words. The ender 3 is awesome, but if you can afford to get its bigger brother, the CR10 (smart Pro) or even the V2 or V3. It offers a bigger build bed that has become the standard for my designs going forward. Any questions, please ask away. The website chat is probably better though. Kind regards, Karl

Love your content! Will there be an update to the overall 737 cockpit?
@helimech81522 жыл бұрын
Hello, Well this awkward, lol. I dont think there will be any more 737 full cockpit videos. After having to ditch the cockpit in brunei, I am left with the MIP which i can not fit into my house and is stuck in a tent in the garden, slowly getting destroyed by rain. This is where sim v5 comes in (started 3 days ago), a single seat 737 that will fit into a small UK home. It actually breaks my heart just thinking about it! But onwards and upwards! Kidn regards, Karl

@@helimech8152 Thanks for at info. I have been looking at the 10-20W lasers which claim the can cut through 5mm wood and and acrylic.
