17/30 More room to improve undoubtedly. Considering I did it just for having fun, I did better than I thought. Had it not been for the misspellings in the second part I would have gotten 19 or so. Thanks a lot for sharing the material.

Let me tell you something ... 20 isn't bad per se (it's 3 points above the pass score), the thing is with listenings it's also about luck. I score 24 to 26 on some listenings and 20 to 22 in others. Practise but also hope fate will help you :)

Basically all I do is practice everyday, I usually get a good score (above 25), but I still find part 3 quite difficult, especially since some answers are similar to each other. I try to quickly read the questions before the audio part, but I can't guess all the answers. Anyway, these tests are extremelly useful, thank you again.

25/30 is a great score. Keep it up. Here are some tips for part 3: + Read the question quickly but carefully to focus on what information to listen for + Put a dot beside the answer you think is correct when you listen for the first time. Then make your final choice on the second listening. + Don’t panic if you cannot answer a question, leave it or guess and move on to the next one, otherwise you may miss that one too. + There will usually be some distraction in a listening task, so do not choose an answer until you have heard everything the speaker says. + Practise reading, listening and making a few notes at the same time + Familiarize yourself with different accents so that you are not always listening to only one type of spoken English + Listening to radio programmes, watching TV programmes in English if you can
