Yeah but the intent for having wolves on the map is to force player to invest into a forr before they open areas up. I dont kill wolves with civilians as its dishonorable.

They are listed as civilians + it is cheaper than making and supplying a fort which is exploiting it. If mapmaker locks the wolves in an area, you are supposed to have a fort to clear them out. By avoiding that you are basically cheating. Play as you want but this is very dishonorable thing to do on custom maps. So please just stop annoying me with this nonsense.@@Thumper770

@@commissarmarek Stupid idea? You realize I've been playing this game since the 90s, right? Where is this fabled list of civilians you are referring to? Gladiators are slaves, not civilians. They don't even count towards your population. Prefects and men on the towers are military, not civlians. A prefecture is way cheaper than a fort. That's not game exploitation. That's good resource management. Hell, you could even build a wall around them and box the wolves in. There are lots of things you can do to deal with wolves other than building a fort. Building a fort will work but, all I'm saying is that it's not the only way and probably the most expensive way. No need to get angry about it.

I dont care how long you played the game, doesent change the fact you are wrong. In the game files and stats listed by augustus devs all glads prefects etc are listed as civilians that are capable of fighting back. In the base campaign placement of wolves was always completely braindead forcing people to wall them in etc. in custom maps they guard resources or shotcuts. By using very cheap means of removing them you are not following natural progression. Again do what you want but i scoff at using cheap solutions to this. Might as well have the wolves there is the fist place. Do what you want but again stop annoing me with your dishonorable cheese. @@Thumper770

At 7:12, How come the original voiceover guy read out instructions for a custom made map?

Hey, its an AI that replicated the original voice actor. Bane Williams is an Ai engineer who can make such files on demand for custom maps but its time consuming.
