Wouldn't the number of teeth equate to a percentage increase or decrease in reading instead of a constant mph change?

Yes, but it's easier to just denote the change at around 60 mph. Proportionally 10% would be difference of 2.5 mph @ 25 mph and 6 mph @ 60 mph.

Have you ever replaced your reverse "T" lockout on your C3?
