I'm interested in getting this through indigogo. I have two question that I hope you can answer. 1) I'm only 5'5" with a 28 inch inseam. With a stand over height of 32", will I be able to sit & stand flat footed when at a stop? 2) What's the purpose of camel bag, and is that available separately?

Our ASTRO and ASTRO PRO can easily handle up to 220 lbs, but 300 lbs is no problem. ASTRO comes with a 52V15Ah battery and ASTRO PRO comes with a 52V20Ah battery.

We only have front suspension, adding rear suspension would increase weight which would lower the overall power and battery range. We custom designed and made our own silicon saddle which reduces any bumps and vibration in the road and provides smooth comfort throughout the ride experience. Distance may vary from rider to rider, riding in optimal conditions should produce a result of 78 miles!

When our ASTRO and ASTRO PRO is on Class 3 mode, it's quiet, when you switch to OFF-ROAD mode our motor's peak wattage can reach 2000, so it might be a little loud.

Its actually a soothing whine in class 3, its really in off road mode where you hear the motor really winding up. It becomes white noise and you don't notice it when riding after a while.

It's not accurate the bike will say 36 but speedometer says 31-32 mph. That's how they trick ya, ariel and astro sends their bikes out with un calibrated speedometer

Nice bike, however, I have some questions out of curiosity How is this considered a class 3? Class 3 according to federal and state guidelines states (I am paraphrasing) class 3 is levels of assistance up to 28 mph and full throttle alone does not exceed 20? This could be considered a class 4 along with mopeds, requiring a license because of this ebikes top speed of 35 using the throttle only…As I have witnessed in my experience the classes all have some gray area and regulation and laws will tighten as ebikes gain popularity.

Not sure why you need an app to switch to OFF ROAD mode. What is the app malfunctions or you're in an area with poor signal connection? Why can't the bike just go up to 32 or 3mph in throttle only without needing to use an app too?

This is to comply with regulations, Class 3 ebike's top speed has to be 28mph, but we have set an OFF-ROAD mode for the speed seekers.

This is a kind of extension of our display, you could use all the functions with more convenience. But still, be careful with the OFF-ROAD mode, that's why we need to put a warning when you turn on the OF-ROAD mode.
