What happened to the battery? Seems pretty scratched up. Is this a dark grey or black model? Seem like I've seen a titanium, dark grey, and a black model.

My son was riding it and didn’t lock the battery into place and it fell off the bike into the concrete while I was riding it.

I have 3 severely herniated discs in my neck and one of my facet joints that’s partially collapsed. So… I can’t wear the helmet or go bouncing around in a mri cycle on the freeway, or turn my head to look over my shoulder.
