Same happened to me, go to morph deformer > object properties > find "tag" under morph and check “animate’ under tag properties Hope it helps!

i noticed the final render is more flexible than the one you recreated. is that perhaps a jiggle deformer? or a result from the soft body effecting the cement block portion as well? Great stuff!

Good spot Alexi, I did add a little Jiggle to my Alembic bake in the final scene file (didnt want to complicate things by mentioning it though)

When you click on the vertex map icon I don't get any "fields" options, I just see "basic properties"?? Anybody know what I'm doing wrong here? Vid at 3:18

Do you have the latest version of C4D? Make sure Transfer Mode is set to Fields

I have one questi0on if i want to simulate this in C4D then redner in Blender Cycles how can i setup materials so that i can assign different materials for concrete and pillow in blender itself? p.s. i dont have redshit or octane

When I am enabling follow shape from mix animation , its not maintaining the shape , its puffing up too much
