Hey mate, you should be able to put everything in a null and move it around mate, you'll need all the flag states and it needs to be cached first

If anyone else is having a problem with frame 0 when rendering this, try setting priority and base priority to 'generators' value '499'. For some reason I got a seemingly random frame as frame 0, but only when rendering. Changing priority from initial 0 to generators 499 solved this problem.

Tried this on r25 and this is many problems with simulation, its not as good and simple as in video - some parts of flag stuckt every time and torned part not moved like if its very heavy etc so im spend hours for optimasing mesh and result still not great. Hey mate, I always use Octane to render these and not everyone has access to the plugin, so I dont always go through the process (as it's often the same steps each time). C4d is a great program but the simulation before render is TERRIBLE ITS HARD TO GET ANIMATION TIMING WITHOUT TURNING YOUR CHARACTERS INTO BOXES.

Thats true mate, it helps if you have a fast computer;) You can always work on a low res mesh and when you're happy with the sim you can just put the tag on a highres mesh, hope that helps
