C4D Tutorial - Clone Mixamo Characters

In this # c4d tutorial we are going to be solving a problem you might run into should you wish to clone a Mixamo character.
I will be using this Mixamo Character:
Apologies but this link is broken and I was unable to re locate the file.
You are free to use your own if you like.
We will also be setting up motion blur for a more realistic end result.

To get random time offset on each clone in C4D 2024.5 I actually did the opposite of this video, and added the Body to the Include list on the skin object with Cloner set to Instance Mode : Instance.

This is a great video. I've come back to it a couple times. But, I consistently run into the issue that I can't randomize the time if I'm using a Character Definition Tag and Character Solver to push the mocap date into my character. As soon as I offset the time by as little as 1 frame it breaks the link to the Character Solver for all of the cloned characters. Any thoughts on how to correct that? I'm in R26 at the moment but I had the same issues in 25 and 24.

@@jbmocean399 hi, it's a model from DAZ, pretty complicated, each part of the body has a single skin, so, there are hundreds of them. I think it's better to create a single object before upload it to mixamo

Thanks for tutorial, but for me this is not worked, because i have 5 Mixamo animations in one seamless motion track, and even if i bake it in 1 - my clones doing only first animation. So i copy-pasted in motion track my animations. No loop, only offset. And i used copies of animation in cloner - for more randomly animations. And second random effector. And manual offset in motion track. Don't know why loop work only on first animation. Also i tryed more logical way: Convert Layer to keyframe animation and loop it, but there was glitchy animation. At least i learn what i should do at the start, then i did it in my way.
