Thanks so much for a great eye-opening tutorial, I am using R23 and the Voxel IDs over Time, Spire, Monkey Saddle didn't show anything when I plugged them in. Is there something different about the newer version that changes how it relates to these formulas?

I don't think there were any significant changes with formulas or Volume Builder up to R25

@30.28 - the reason the shape doesn't change when you move the volume is that the field is a child of the volume so you are essentially moving them together. This is a brilliant tuorial though. Been wanting to have a go at this for ages

33:34. you can't see it because it's relative co-ordinates are outtside the volume builder. PSR it and it will come back

@@pappystutorials Just found this video. Yes the audio is only on the left channel, so there's no audio coming from the right speaker/headphone. I imagine that's likely been resolved by this point since it's 7 months ago but just in case, that was the issue.

You seem to be on the right track. I'd like to play around with that. I have not been able to load numpy into C4D. How did you do that?

@@pappystutorials Might on the c4dcafe, toldme that numpy is not necessary, and he shared me some code. Buy if you want to install numpy, you have to search the c4d python version on the c4d path, following this stackoverflow.com/questions/35700063/pip-install-python-2-7-windows-7 download on the c4d python path: bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py execute: python get-pip.py and installing numpy through python -m pip install numpy . Look on www.c4dcafe.com/ipb/forums/topic/111924-how-to-mandelbrotmandelbulb-set-using-python-or-xpresso/ whatsoever.
