BIS should be always use at all image update ? Correct?

Correct you would run it every time you are doing an image update

Thanks for this! Is MCS intelligent enough to use an AD Group to manage the number of VMs needed in each Delivery Group? Meaning if I add more users who should be assigned a VM (in this scenario, persistent Windows 10) will it automatically notice it needs to spin up more VMs?

Hi, in your master image you use sysprep?

no need to sysprep a mcs master image vm as the preperation VM / instruction disk takes care of that as part of the MCS process

Why are you using BSIF it does not appear it is still needed

I use BIS-F on all my MCS/PVS master images. It clears GUIDS for Anti Virus products like Symantec/Ivanti Agents/SCCM ect as well as loads of other stuff such as .NET optimizations , Clears event logs, Resets performance counters , Re arms windows/office, gets rid of Ghost NICS ect ect brilliant tool highly recommended
