The Setrab series 6 34 row cooler is replumbed as an oil to air cooler. The stock oil to water cooler is removed and the stock horizontal cooler is replumbed in parallel as a oil to air cooler for the engine. The Series 6 25 row cooler in the drivers side wheel well shall continue to be used to cool the automatic transmission fluid.

I'm gathering the parts you call out, and am pondering similar (Setrab setup) for the intercooler on the other side instead of in front of the radiator. What did you use as a grill material? It looks good, but I didn't see closeups enough to make a guess. Thanks for documenting this!

The grill mesh is from Lowes. It is used to cover rain gutters and is painted black. Glad I could help.

What if u left the OEM oil cooler in place and just "hijack" the lines to the engine radiator and reroute to AUX cooler?

Uncharted territory. Might work but if you're concerned about flow you may want to run a second oil to air cooler in parallel. I'm just guessing that it might not have enough flow, using just the horizontal OEM cooler for an oil to air cooler may be just fine.

do you have any more track data after this AUX radiator to oil cooler change?

The best data for oil to air cooler was about 1:48 into the Oct 12 2020 video running 8 laps in 100+ ambient. In comparison, the stock oil to water cooler the oil got over 300f after a few laps which also heated up the engine coolant. kzbin.info/www/bejne/panKp6KGZpdgaas
