We Dyno tested one of our Z06’s two weeks ago and the shop was 112 degrees on final pulls and it STILL made power. These LT6’s are insanely good engines and GMs ECU is actually very very good at maintaining proper AFR. Nice work Jesse!!

Yes but then it wouldn’t be a z06 atleast a c8 but then wouldn’t have that weight on the rear axle to hook up either. Dohc v8 engines aren’t known for tq. Where the push rod engine could match or even exceed hp levels depending on intake runner length and cam profile. Now if it were turbo like many companies do with dohc engines then they can bring up the tq a bit to make it up but hard to argue with a pushrod motor in the tq department especially the ls, lt, and hemi. But hey emission it had to happen they made it work. Good video. Almost had him 😂. Damn boost.

I'm a GTR guy .. love Jesse's energy and love for cars etc .. GTR didn't have turbos updated so almost FBO .. also most GTR guys will go easy at launch if trans isn't updated .. I'm FBO and 850 whp all in street tires should be 9.8 - ish .. kid got 9.2 FBO with drag set-up

Im leaning to Z06 for the sound of the engine but love the torque of Eray (not a fan of batteries due to fire risk ext A see Teslas) How do they compare and which is your favorite? Hey! There isn’t a lack of Tq from the z06, if both race head to head from a roll, Z06 is right there or wins. From a dig, the eRay wins because of AWD but if the z06 has drag radials it can win

Naturally aspirated internal combustion engines with an adequate cooling capacity equipped radiator shouldn't be as affected by heat as a forced induction vehicle, though a proper intercooler remedies the issue for those as well.
