One thing i would say is that sprinting is great but long runs bring your endurance up which is what you need . Look at the cycling sprinters they work for maybe 6-15sec and yet majority of their training is slow long rides. Endurance is absolutely essential to get your vo2 as high as possible. You have to look at this as a pyramid. Bigger the base higher the peak. Thats how russian and most of Eastern European fighters train. Its science brother.

Been boxing for years and decided to join a karate club. Kyokushin. The fraudulent nature of these black belts needs to be confronted. It's incredibly dangerous what they're teaching. This overconfidence and then they go hide at work and at home. I challenged all their black belts and each match lasted about 20 seconds. Then the death threats come.
