Hello Sir I am into practise in the form of Partnership Firm.Our firm has 2 partner currently. Out of them 1 partner wants to seek full time job remotely i.e work from home basis. My question is whether the partner who will undertake full time job can become a silent partner and hold part time cop so that existing firm continues under the same name and pan. I am aware of the fact that members undertaking employment cannot do attestation function.But all I want to know from you is the possibility of holding part time cop and become a silent partner.
