I’m listening to you both speaking and it’s so beneficial!! I’ve taken the CA State Exam twice and failed! And it’s so true- DO NOT let time pass from the time receiving your certification to testing for the State- Flash cards are your best friend.. Key concepts are crucial because you do have to know the concept with these questions as there worded in a totally different way from any exam I have ever taken.. and I have a degree and medical background and much schooling and tests and exams.. My flash card in medical terminology was my best friend and then studying till I knew the true meaning.. This study is similar but than all together different.. BUT confidence is key!! Definitely walk in confidence.. I would love to see what your crash course is about!! I want to walk in this building and know that know I have this hands down!! Third time is a charm.. I got this.. 😂☺️ You both rock!! Great wisdom!!

Got on your most recent video in hopes you see this comment. I'm prior Military and was shocked at the difficulty real estate was giving me out of the gate. Failed my NC end of pre licensing test 2 times. Watched a bunch of your videos and think you're a phenomenal speaker with great voice fluctuation. Wow! I know this was a year ago. But I’m going to take my test very soon. This is coming from a person who has been studying on and off for year. When I say I’ve been extremely stressed out to the max that’s literally an understatement. I was lucky enough to pass the state on the first try now, I just need to pass the national for Illinois. But I listened to this video and for some reason it’s making me feel a little more at ease. 🙏🏼🙌🏽 thank you!

Hm... I have something that might be what you're looking for. Up to you if you want to try it. I would first watch this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kGfQoKejrJd1sM0 It's all about how to study to pass the exam on your first try. That video will give you the "how to do it." Then I would get our Arizona exam prep package. It comes with practice exams, terminology flashcards, and an eBook study guide. This will give you the "what to do it." It's helped thousands of students pass the exam. There's a free trial that you can get to try it before purchasing.
