Mr JSD gave a brilliant interview with Ms Navika Kumar on the CAA. He explains that the cut off period was to settle a citizenship issue for 2nd/3rd generation without citizenship rights...and Hindus/Sikhs/Buddhists minorities r prioritised for citizenship. He made 2 further points: 1) that the newly created States had to give an undertaking that the minorities would be looked after (which we know to be opposite) and such Bharat via CAA is taking back responsibility for them; 2) he said also if Bharat has to take care of the Muslims as well then Bharat has the right to ask back for some land which would be used for them to relocate...

Namaste . Below 2 laws must come ASAP, 1 - If one spreading false information, person should be published as per his/her social status, Sorry not acceptable. Like if a general person (non media influencer) spread false information, then punishment can be upto few months, but if social media influences/media-reporters does same, then punishment should be in years and if a political person does the same then punishment should be in multiple years. This will solve more than 50% of social instability/chaos in Our Bharat. 2 - Take all those lands from Churches and WAF board which has no proper registered paper. And stop their land capturing power.

There is a misunderstanding about 31/12/2014, the problem is that cut off date was for security reason, because it was later that plan came into light and we were not sure if spies from Pakistan entered. After this is done, then the date will be removed when we can filter better. We will use chains of relationships to bring others too.
