Brilliant video showing the "unseen" side of railway operations. I've noticed the "out of sync" sound on a lot of the VHS videos before. Maybe it's to do with the digital transfer, because sound and vision were recorded on different recording heads in the camera, but this used to correct itself on playback.

It must be pre-1988 - I *think* that is when the two office blocks were built over the platforms (one of which has a rooftop garden!). I have to admit, I had completely forgotten that there was no overall roof, just platform canopies.

Brilliant video, just a shame the audio is out of sync. Get the bell sound from the AWS Magnet 5 seconds before going over it

Thanks, yes l know it's annoying ! I will try to sort it out by re-loading the editing software.

@@macstracks8860 It would have been nice to have some subtitles or commentary to identify the various way points of the journey.

​@@johnprescott9477 Thanks for the comment. I chose not to blind the viewer with subtitles and "David Portilo" type chat and leave the train noise and general driver chat, some can be very knowledgeable about the lines. Of course if that's what people want l will do it. Thanks Mac

@@macstracks8860 Thanks Mac. Your London viewers will no doubt be very familiar with the territory but for thos of us living in "the sticks" (I live in Lancashire) some information on the route taken would have been welcome.
