For those asking about how we are keeping score, it is now mentioned in the description above. Thank you for your support of the show! We love you all!

this is amazing and simple. my friends would sometime use MS Excel for this. I would say the webapp needs descriptors under each icon when hovered over so newbies can understand what fuctionality u r offering. thx.

I never mind when the channel showcases harder to find games… the thrill of the hunt!

A super video! First it has Deborah, so it's guaranteed to be good, and then the game turns out to be top notch too! Great game, it's supposed to be released in the UK on 30/6, and after watching this, it's going on my wishlist!

Rusty forgot to take a penalty for Purple after Nikki... That's the hardest thing in the game, especially after a Cabanga on it. I'd say play your card sideways on the tableau, then the next player either sees that and takes his penalty, then fixes the other card after he didn't place a penalty. Or maybe a quarter moved up and down the color mask in the center to mark which was last?
@davidarnott60856 ай бұрын
Yeah, I would think some sort of marker/pawn would be best.
@wolflarson716 ай бұрын
Seems 100% tactical. Maybe more amusing "Cabangas!" with 5 or 6 players.

Also, Silver & Gold Pyramids was a game from some weeks ago where the posting of the video didn't work properly for some technical reason. So the video's in effect a "missing bonus game video" (sort of), and I'm pleased to be able to see it here at last. :-)

What scoring app is Rusty using?
@boardgamegeek6 ай бұрын
That is a web app that Rusty is working on that takes it's inspiration from Scorekeeper XL. It really improves on the original. He will likely share the link to the app. -Lincoln

The link is in the Description above now! It is Scorekeeper Mega, a free web based app that I am working on to keep up to date on the latest HTML/CSS advancements and to teach myself JS. It is device agnostic, but does require an internet connection due to it being a web page, but worry not, it has NO cookies or tracking of any kind. It utilizes what is called HTML Local Storage and everything about the app is stored locally in your browser and only accessibly by the local instance of the app. Give it a try and let me know what you think, if you run into bugs, or have feature/improvement suggestions. Thanks.

29:57 Nikki played a blue after Deborah had played blue, should have taken an extra penalty in addition to the Cabanga.

I’m confused about final score. Lincoln Cabangaed his last card, how does he have 9 points?

Rusty should've taken a. Card in round 3 for playing on purple after niki did

Shouldn't Nikki have taken an extra card for playing on blue after devorah did at end of 2nd round and Deborah went 2nd round not nikki
@Eggson16 ай бұрын
I hope this comes across as constructive criticism because I sincerely enjoy this channel, but Nikki really needs to build up to her explanations. She always just jumps into the middle of game mechanics without explaining how they work in the larger picture. "Here's a deck with cards numbered 1-18, these cards have diamonds, they're negative points, you want to get rid of them." Okay, but how did you acquire them in the first place, when and how do you get rid of them? What does a basic turn look like, how does the game end? Big picture first, then details. I always struggle to follow her teaching segments because they feel so random.
@TyvanTV6 ай бұрын
We all do. She just isn’t very well at teaching games. I eventually get it but yeah.
@TheNathanlockhart5 ай бұрын
I think that's why she generally teaches the lightest and least rules-y games. Trying to develop the skill I suppose.
