Cabbage cake
I couldn't wait to show you this recipe because I think it's a great starting point to prepare many different cakes by changing the vegetables, just a little bit of imagination to prepare infinite combinations.
But let's try to prefer seasonal vegetables and our excellent local products, especially when the ingredients are few, quality is important.
Ingredients:
250 gr of cabbage
150 of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 onion
parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
120 grams of flour

Realizing you can only adapt a recipe so much before it is not the same, I added bacon, sun dried tomatoes, substituted leeks for the onions and added thyme and a touch of sweet paprika. It is indeed a wonderful basis for adaptation!

I love your videos! What a great way to use cabbage! I made this today. I added nutmeg, caraway and paprika and it worked fine. Next time I may sauté the cabbage and onions beforehand and add some bacon or grated cheese to the dough.

I love this recipe! You can change it up any way you want. I added shredded carrots, and I think I may add mushrooms next time. I also may try replacing the flour with Jiffy mix next time. Definitely needs more salt and some pepper, too. You could also replace the parsley with spinach, in my opinion. This is a simple, healthy recipe!

I always make what looks delicious and healthy. So I followed your directions to a tee and it came out perfectly. I am going to cut the ingredients in half because there is just the two of us and your size makes to much for us and I had to depose of a little less than half and I really hate throwing food away. I would add green onion and some pepper and coconut flour so make it keto 👍we have same cake with all greens parsley , spinach , green onion , kale , no yogurt just eggs and just one spoon of flour , so it is very keto too .

作りました😄 レンジタイプのオーブンなので動画のような綺麗な焼き目が出来ませんでした。（あの焼き目に惚れたんですよ😄） 焼きムラを綺麗にしたいと追加して焼くとキャベツが黒く焦がれてしまいました。 結構ボリュームがありますね。 ヨーグルトを入れたので爽やかな酸味が広がりました。 高齢者の主人は「お好み焼き！」とソースをかけて食べました😄 すみません。違いが分からない男なんです。 お野菜がごろごろ入っているのでとてもヘルシーなお料理でした。 次回は材料半分で作って見ます。 有り難うございました。
