Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
- 1 Tsp Paprika, Oregano, Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Cumin, Coriander, Red Chili, Garlic & Onion Powder
- White Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- Mix
- Add 500 Gram Chicken Breast(small Piece)
- Marinate well
Rice Cooking:
- 1/3 Cup cooking Oil
- Bay leaf, Cloves, Cinnamon
- 2 Cup Soaked Basmati Rice
- Salt & Chicken Bouillon To taste
- Saute 2-3 Min
- Add 4 Cup Water
- Cover & Cook Until Water Dries Up
- After water Dries Up Cover for 20 Min Over Low Heat
Chicken Cooking:
- 1/3 Cup oil
- 3 tbsp Butter
- Add Chicken
- Saute 10-15 Minutes
- Add 1 Cup Onion
- saute 5 min
- 2 Cup capsicum
- Saute 5 Min
- 2 Cup Cabbage
- salt To Taste
- Saute 5-7 Min
- 1 Grated Carrot
- Saute 2-3 Min
- Cover For 5 Min
- Finish Cooking
Now Add Rice With Chicken
