Chicken malai kabab is a creamy kabab popularly served as an appetizer at restaurants. It is known for its silky, creamy texture and flavor. Chicken Reshmi Kabab is made with boneless chicken breast that has been marinated in a juicy mixture of curd, cream, and spices. Recipe By Simi's Kitchen USA.
Ingredients:
1st Marination:
600 Gram Boneless Chicken Breast(2" cut)
Salt To Taste
2 Tbsp lemon Juice
1/2 Tbsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Of Ginger & Garlic paste
Mix & Leave It 10 Min
2nd marination:
1/2 cup Plain yogurt
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
salt to taste
white pepper
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
2 Tbsp green chili & Coriander leaves paste
1 Tbsp cream Cheese
Mix well
Add previously marinated Chicken
Marinate Well
Cover & Keep it in a refrigerator for 2 hours
After 2 hours:
take 8" wooden stick & stick chicken piece
Fry:
Fry Kabab 10-15 min & until golden brown
