Simple Chicken Zurbian Rice ! Chicken Zurbian is a Yemeni dish from the south of the country !

Slow-cooked chicken with Zurbian spiced Marinated Chicken, cooked with rice to infuse all the flavors in one delicious meal. Recipe By Simi'S Kitchen USA.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 Cup Fried Onions
- Blend Them well
- 800 Gram Chicken
- Add Yogurt & Onion Mix
- Salt To taste
- 1 Tbsp Of Ginger & garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 Tbsp Of Roasted Cumin, Coriander & Mixed Spices
- 1 Tsp Of Cardamom & Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Cup onion Fried Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- Mix Well
- Keep It 2 Hours
- After 2 Hour Start Cooking
- 10 Min On High Heat
- Add Water
- Cook 20 Min on medium to high heat
- After 20 Min Cook Until Water dries up
- wait until rice is done
Rice:
- 2 Cup basmati Rice
- Soak It 40 Min
- Cook 80% Of The Rice & Drain Water
- Back To chicken
- add fried onions on top
- Layer Rice Over Chicken
- Pour Milk & yellow food color mix
- Fried Onions
- Cover & Cook Another 20 min
- After 20 min remove from the stove & serve
