Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Bay leaves - 2
Black cardamom -1
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder -1.5 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil -4 tbsp
