Sounds good but the aroma and flavour of cabbage gives me terrible nausea. Will using chives etc reduce that? Usually I prefer it raw. Just cook potatoes in masala and when they are done toss in raw cabbage squeez lemon sprinkle coarsely ground masala sing mix all and eat. I hear russians love cabbage soup 😱🤪🥴

पत्ता गोभी की एक और रेसिपी लिख रहा हूँ उसे भी बना कर देखिए। जीरा ,प्याज ,हरि मिर्च , अदरक का तड़का पत्ता गोभी, आलू और मटर इसमें लहसुन, टमाटर नही जाएगा जब सब्जी आधी पक जाए तो थोड़ी सी सौंफ मिला कर ढक कर पकाएं । अंत मे कसूरी मेथी , गर्म मसाला या किचन किंग और सबसे जरूरी चाट मसाला मिला दे। और आखिर में धनिया श्रद्धा के अनुसार।
